Media Passes are only valid for the event in which you’re submitting, and we ask that you please submit separate requests for each event. Media Passes are non-transferable. Identification is required when picking up the Media Passes.

At their sole discretion, EventFest, Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla and Law Enforcement reserve the right to confiscate Media Passes and remove the bearer from the secured parade area. Officers are requested to extend all assistance possible, consistent with existing conditions, and report any abuse or misuse of Media Passes to EventFest and Event Command immediately. Possession of a Media Pass does not authorize access to Hospitality Tents or other private areas. Any fraudulent use of a Media Pass will subject the bearer and their organization that they represent to suspension from future event access for a minimum of three years. *
