Children’s Gasparilla Parade
The Children’s Gasparilla Parade is the perfect event for the whole family to enjoy. Since 1947, this favorite annual tradition has entertained guests with a stunning display of expertly designed parade floats, krewes, marching bands, dance units, and community groups.
Festivities line the 1.5-mile parade route, beginning at Bay to Bay Blvd & Bayshore Blvd and stretching to Edison Ave. The best part? The event is alcohol-free, making it a family-friendly atmosphere everyone can enjoy.
Reserved Tickets
Children’s Gasparilla is a full day of free family fun. Save time and enjoy the best location to grab treasured pirate loot with reserved seating.
Please Note – You do not need a reserved ticket to cross to the waterside of the parade route of the Children’s Gasparilla Parade. Parade crossings are located at each block of the Parade Route from Barcelona Street to Edison Avenue, permitting access to the waterside of Bayshore Boulevard.

Children’s Gasparilla Parade has been a Tampa’s Gasparilla tradition since 1947. This family-friendly parade takes place along Bayshore Boulevard from Bay to Bay Boulevard, moving north to Edison Avenue.
Our tiniest mates and their families enjoy more than 125 entry units, including krewes, marching bands, dance groups, school performance teams, and community organizations, in an alcohol-free environment.
Parade applications are open to the public!
The Children’s Gasparilla Parade is broadcast live on Fox 13.
