TAMPA, FL (June 18, 2024) – EventFest and Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla (YMKG) have announced that advanced-sale, reserved tickets for the 2025 Ashley Children’s Gasparilla presented by Chick-fil-A Tampa Bay and the Seminole Hard Rock Gasparilla Pirate Fest, including the Invasion Brunch, Gasparilla Parade of Pirates and Pirate Fest, will be available for purchase this Friday, June 21 at 10 AM.

Scheduled for Saturday, January 18, 2025, the Children’s Gasparilla is an alcohol-free family event that invites pirates of all ages to witness a series of expertly designed parade floats, krewes, marching bands, dance units, and more. The event includes a full day of fun that begins with a Bicycle & Pedestrian Safety Rodeo, followed by a Preschoolers’ Stroll presented by Primrose Schools, which invites our littlest mateys to parade down Bayshore Blvd. The Children’s Gasparilla also takes to the skies, entertaining fans with the Gasparilla Air Invasion and the Children’s Gasparilla “Piratechnic” Finale, which lights up the sky with fireworks above Bayshore Boulevard following the parade.

The Gasparilla Invasion Brunch, scheduled for Saturday, January 25, 2025, has been an annual tradition since the late 1980s. Brunch ticket holders enjoy a bountiful feast at the Tampa Convention Center and witness the Krewe’s fully-rigged pirate ship – the Jose Gasparilla II – and its accompanying flotilla of boats invade the shore. Shortly after, the 2025 Gasparilla Parade of Pirates, presented by Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla, begins. The focal point of Tampa’s Gasparilla Pirate Fest activities is the parade, which boasts approximately more than 120 units, including colorful floats, bands, and Jose Gaspar’s swashbuckling pirates.

For a limited time, ticket buyers enjoy early bird pricing, locking in the lowest rates and ensuring the best view of each passing pirate, parade float, and performance band. Tickets for the Gasparilla Invasion Brunch hosted at the Tampa Convention Center start at $155 per person. Early bird pricing for both events expires on Saturday, December 31, 2024.
