Thank you for your interest in covering Ashley Children’s Gasparilla presented by Chick-fil-A Tampa Bay and Seminole Hard Rock Gasparilla Pirate Fest. For event day coverage, please submit a request via our intake form below.

All applications must be received by no later than Friday, January 12, 2024, for Children’s Gasparilla and Friday, January 19, 2024, for Gasparilla Pirate Fest. Media confirmations will be sent the week of the event.

Please list any and all persons needing media passes and their roles. Media Passes are only valid for the event in which you’re submitting, and we ask that you please submit separate requests for each event. Media Passes are non-transferable. Identification is required when picking up the Media Passes.

By submitting this form below, you accept the rules set forth for media coverage. At their sole discretion, EventFest, Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla and Law Enforcement reserve the right to confiscate Media Passes and remove the bearer from the secured parade area. Officers are requested to extend all assistance possible, consistent with existing conditions, and report any abuse or misuse of Media Passes to EventFest and Event Command immediately. Possession of a Media Pass does not authorize access to Hospitality Tents or other private areas. Any fraudulent use of a Media Pass will subject the bearer and their organization that they represent to suspension from future event access for a minimum of three years. *
