DOWNTOWN PARKING:
Throughout downtown Tampa, parking is available in various garages and lots. These
garages have a one-time special event parking rate paid upon entry. Please
reference the map below.
Please Note: Parking in the neighborhoods bordering
the parade route is not permitted and Tampa Police Department will
strictly enforce the event parking policies. Be aware, Tampa
Police Department will tow cars which will result in additional
fees and the inconvenience of having to get your car out of impound!

for updated Gasparilla Extravaganza parking information.
The City will operate the Gasparilla Information Hotline (813-274-8750)
on January 18 (10 a.m.-6p.m.) and January 19 (8 a.m.-4 p.m.).
FREE SHUTTLE:
The Gasparilla Extravaganza shuttle will operate two continuous shuttle routes
on January 19, 2008 from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. Park anywhere in downtown Tampa
and ride the shuttle to Bayshore for FREE! The Shuttle will pick up at
the Fort Brooke Garage (Franklin & Whiting) and will
deliver to two areas along Bayshore: 1) near the beginning of the parade route
at Bay to Bay Blvd. and Bayshore OR 2) at Swann Ave.
and Bayshore near the end of the parade route. |
